We have efforts underway such as automating our customer onboarding process, facilitating API-based supply chain integrations for our customers, and creating a frictionless user experience wherever we can. We need to continue to build on these initiatives and think of new and creative ways to delight our customers. This is where you come in! Put your heads together in a team of 1-4 people, with a minimum of one team member from a business partner organization, and spend some time ideating.
